1: 1 Gentle Yoga
An individually tailored session incorporating
somatic movements, gentle yoga, pranayama ( breathing), Qigong and Meditation.
Perfect for those who are suffering from Stress, Burnout or
Fatigue conditions such as ME/CFS and Long Covid.
Can be done in person or Online via Zoom
Meditation and Sound Healing
I run Introduction to Meditation Workshops, Guided Meditation sessions
and monthly Meditation and Sound sessions.
